Service Request
We are seeking proposals from a skilled candidate or organization to aid us in the ongoing development of Career Professionals of Canada by enhancing the services and opportunities we offer to Canadian Career Practitioners.
While we would prefer to contract a single individual or organization for support services in all each of the areas outlined below, it is not a requirement. We are prepared to work with individuals/organizations to assemble the right team of qualified professionals.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to facilitate services on their own or in conjunction with Career Professionals of Canada’s administrative team in developing each of the following areas:
Member Development
- Management of member development program
- New member recruitment strategies
- Existing member retention programs
- Expired member renewal program
Professional Development Certification Programs
- Management of Certification program (registration and testing)
- Increased awareness of C-Level entry programs (CRS/CIS/CCS)
- Increased awareness of M-Level programs (MCRS/MCIS/MCCS)
- Increased registrations from new and existing members
- Increased completion of programs
Professional Development and Networking Opportunities (teleclasses, teleclass programs, and telenetworking sessions)
- Management of professional development programs
- Development of new teleclasses, teleclass programs, telenetworking sessions
- Increased volunteer “Expert” hosts for teleclasses and telenetworking sessions
- Increased awareness of programs
- Increased participation from existing and potential members
New Revenue-Generating Programs
- Develop, market, and run fresh new virtual/online programs (new innovations in the areas of webinars, online networking, forums, virtual events and meetings - not recycled programs)
- Explore organizational/professional development conference partnership opportunities
- Any new suggestions for continued growth and development opportunities are invited
Mandatory Proposal Requirements
- Mini-bio or resume for individuals/Company Overview or Summary for organizations.
- Proposed Plan of Action for providing services in given areas
(Specific, Measurable, Achievement-oriented, Results-based, and Timelines)
- Outline of proposed strategies, programs, and examples where applicable
- Fee Estimate Proposal (Include all fees and payment schedule)
- Professional References (Demonstrating previous similar work experience)
Fee Estimate Assumptions
Your fee estimate should incorporate the following assumptions:
- The service will be based on a one-year contract with an opportunity for renewal dependent upon objectives met and outcomes achieved.
- Fees should include the service cost plus any estimated expenses.
Submission and Selection
All service proposals must be submitted by May 31, 2009 to Career Professionals of Canada at info@careerprocanada.ca. Our administrative team and Advisory Board will carefully review each submission. Selection of the service provider is tentatively set for June 30, 2009, following proposal reviews and interviews of qualified finalists.
