A Toronto-based company which has been publishing psychological assessments for over 20 years is currently seeking a qualified candidate to assume the role of Divisional Director. Principal responsibilities include:
Lead in the development and implementation of a strategic business plan for emotional intelligence assessments including all aspects of targeted business development, branding, research and development, product management, etc.
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to a team of international business developers, as well as continuing to work with and expand global partnerships.
Proactively evaluate all aspects of the current business model for this division and recommend appropriate changes/improvements.
Lead in developing a focussed approach for new product development within the division.
