Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English Type of Establishment Experience: Human Resources Centre of Canada, Community-based agency Specific Skills: Interview clients to obtain employment history, educational background and career goals, Administer and interpret tests designed to determine the interests, aptitudes and abilities of clients, Collect labour market information for clients regarding job openings and entry and skill requirements, Counsel workers on work, and career-related issues Additional Skills: Use computer applications Other Information:Degree/diploma or equivalent combination of education & experience in employment counselling, psychology or social work required.
