Only once you have been awarded your Certified Career Strategist (CCS) credential may you apply for the prestigious Master Certified Career Strategist (MCCS) designation. You may renew your MCCS designation every two years by submitting a report and paying your recertification fee.

Master Certified Career Strategist (MCCS) Process
The prestigious Master Certified Career Strategist (MCCS) designation is reserved for the top strategists in our industry. Only once you have been awarded your Certified Career Strategist (CCS) credential may you apply for the MCCS designation if you feel that you are qualified and wish to do so.

In order to obtain and maintain your Master Certified Career Strategist (MCCS) designation you must meet all of the following requirements:

Possess your Certified Career Strategist (CCS) designation for a minimum one full year.

Apply for M-Level Certification ($295 Application Fee)

Submit by e-mail and pass an independent evaluation of three in-depth case studies.

Have your clients submit by e-mail a written agreement to use their material and your work.

Demonstrate five hours of active professional development leadership through active volunteer work supporting CPC in the last year through one of these areas:

Acting as a Certification Assessor

Mentoring a C-Level candidate

Leading a CPC teleclass on an innovation
-
Contributing to the CPC Blog as a subject matter expert

Distributing innovations, papers, or articles to members through CPC vehicles
-
Facilitating a presentation introducing CPC to the career/business community
-
Maintain a current membership with Career Professionals of Canada.
To pass, you must achieve an average grade of 80% or more. You will be notified of your status within four weeks of your submission.
Once you have achieved your MCCS certification, your designation is valid for a period of two years as long as you remain an active member of Career Professionals of Canada.
Your designation can be renewed in full every two years by submitting a report demonstrating at least ten hours dedicated to ongoing professional development in the area of career strategy and ten hours to volunteerism within the field in the last two years accompanied by payment of the renewal fee.
