Career Professionals of Canada's  LinkedIn Group is a meeting place for Canadian practitioners. The purpose of the group is to ask advice, get insight, learn more about CPC (the organization) and develop relationships with like-minded colleagues.  Employment consultants, career coaches, resume writers, interview coaches, outplacement consultants, recruiters, and other career professionals representing all sectors and regions across Canada are welcome to join.

Group Guidelines

 

This group is for Canadian Career Practitioners. Discussions are moderated and must be related to career resources, learning, and networking. Members join the group because they are interested in these subjects, and are unlikely to welcome postings that are off-topic. Discussions not relevant to the group’s mandate will be deleted, and the author will be advised to repost it in a way that makes it relevant.

All information must be posted to the appropriate section: Discussions, News, or Jobs. This keeps the group organized, and allows other members to locate the information easily. Information placed in the incorrect section will be moved or deleted by the moderators.

We have a zero-spam policy. This group is to help career practitioners to connect for the purposes of information sharing and networking. There is absolutely no soliciting or selling of services allowed on the site or you will be removed and access blocked immediately.

All postings must be written in English or French. All messages posted to the group are monitored for approved content. Our moderators can only monitor discussions that are in English or French.  Discussions not in English or French will be deleted, but authors are encouraged to repost them in English or French.
