In order to apply for and attain your certification, you must be a registered PROFESSIONAL MEMBER of CPC. If you are not already a Professional Member, you can join membership and register for your certification at the same time.

How can you prepare for your CCS Credential?

The CCS Program is a self-study program. To prepare for your certification, you will be given a comprehensive 100+ page Certification Study Guide (e-book). This guide is a valuable resource. How can you earn your CCS credential?

We make the process of earning and maintaining your CCS credential straightforward!

The CCS program is a self-study program that validates your expertise as a resume strategist.

You complete the program on your schedule. Once you have paid for the program, received your Certification Study Guide (e-book), and started your CCS credentialing program, you have up to one full year to study, prepare, and complete the testing process.

To pass the testing process, you must achieve an average grade of 70% or more on the evaluation of your submission. You will be notified of your status within four weeks of your submission.

Once you have achieved your CCS certification, your designation is valid as long as you remain an active member of Career Professionals of Canada. There is no recertification fee.

How do you start the process?

To achieve the CCS designation all you need to do is:

Register for Professional Membership

• Individual Membership: $180.00 per member
• Group Membership: $150.00 per member (minimum 2 members)

Apply for your CCS Certification

• Members: $295.00 per applicant
• Resubmission Fee: $75.00 administration fee (limit 2 resubmissions)

Complete the Testing Process

• Study the CPC Certification Study Guide
• Submit by email your best work (Case Study)
• Attain 70% for your to be CCS Certified
• Maintain your CPC membership to remain certified (no recertification fees)
